Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Publishing the Description and Definition Table for the Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue
To make it easier for all parties concerned to accurately define the scope of the compulsory product certification catalogue, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has, in light of the adjustment of the catalogue and of the standards on which certification is based, revised and formed the Description and Definition Table for the Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue (2023 Revision), covering 16 major categories and 96 products, which is hereby announced. The Description and Definition Table for the Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue (2020 Revision) published under SAMR Announcement No. 18 of 2020 is repealed at the same time.
