On 16 March 2023 the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) published IEC 63203-204-1:2023, Wearable electronic devices and technologies - Part 204-1: Electronic textiles - Test method for assessing the washability of e-textile products. The standard is available as the IEC 63203-204-1:2023 RLV, which contains the international standard together with its redline version showing all the technical content changes compared with the previous edition.
