EU Updates the Harmonised Standards for the Toy Safety Directive

On 5 April 2023 the Official Journal of the European Union published Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/740, updating the list of harmonised standards for the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. The decision, (EU) 2023/740, replaces Decision (EU) 2021/1992 and entered into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal.
This update concerns the toy safety standard EN 71-13. The new list of harmonised standards is as follows:
