On 17 May 2024 the Official Journal of the European Union published Regulation (EU) 2024/1328, amending entry 70 of the list of restricted substances in Annex XVII to the REACH Regulation to restrict octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6) in substances and mixtures. The restrictions are as follows.
