On 15 May 2024 the European Chemicals Agency added perfluorotripropylamine to the SVHC list of intentions. It is currently at the stage where the proposer is preparing the dossier, with submission expected before 1 August 2024. ECHA will then open a public consultation during which all interested parties may submit comments, and ECHA will assess the feedback received. If the consultation is passed, the substance is expected to be formally added to the SVHC candidate list in January 2025.
