After the fine rain of June, summer is already half over. Accompanied by birdsong and cicadas, bathed in bright sunshine, a new group of NTEK campus recruits set out on a brand-new chapter of their careers.

As a company that attaches great importance to talent development, NTEK designed a week-long induction programme tailored to new graduates under the slogan "Strive in our youth, act now", aiming to develop outstanding reserve talent into industry elites. The induction training officially began on 4 July.

Themed courses

On the first day of the new employee training, the Chairman of NTEK Group attended the opening ceremony. In his opening address, Mr Zhou congratulated all the new employees on formally starting work, extended the warmest welcome to everyone joining the NTEK family and beginning a new voyage in life, and spoke about the company's development and corporate culture.

As a national high-tech enterprise and a comprehensive public testing platform for new materials and electronic products, NTEK Group is a pioneer of third-party testing and certification services in China and one of the earliest domestic professional institutions engaged in commodity inspection, appraisal, testing and certification. Over more than ten years of development it has strictly followed operating procedures and implemented inspection and testing standards, consistently providing quality and safety services to customers worldwide.

During the training, leaders from each department carefully prepared course materials and gave detailed themed presentations in turn on corporate development, corporate culture, professional culture, customer centricity, team spirit, innovation-driven development and risk control, laying a solid foundation for new employees to adapt quickly to the working environment, integrate into the team and demonstrate the NTEK spirit.

Practice and learning

We divided the new employees into four groups to help them get to know each other and to facilitate fun activities; the final debriefing presentations and award ceremony were also organised by group.

The ice-breaking session was full of fun, turning strangers into acquaintances and blending the team into one. A variety of interesting and challenging games connected the new employees emotionally and brought everyone closer together.

After all the sharing and interactive sessions, the trainees had a further understanding of NTEK and a clearer picture of their own future career direction.

Award ceremony

Employees are the foundation of a company's success, and new employees carry its future and hope. This one-week induction programme allowed these newcomers to understand the corporate culture as quickly as possible, integrate into company life and rapidly make the transition from student to professional. It gave trainees a multi-angle training experience covering everything from testing knowledge to industry development, from talent strategy to corporate culture, and from on-site observation to outward-bound development, so that everyone could deeply feel the power of NTEK's culture.
