Canada ISED fees have a major update, implemented on 1 September 2023.
Canada notified on 5 July 2023 that the ISED wireless device listing fee of 50 dollars per listing will be abolished, and a new equipment registration fee will be introduced, in two categories:
New applications (Terminal Apparatus Register and Radio Equipment List - new single or new family applications): 750 dollars;
Change applications (including C1PC, C2PC, C3PC, C4PC, multiple listings and transfer of certification): 375 dollars.
Note: because of certification lead times, and taking into account testing and certificate issuance, laboratories are advised to update their quotations earlier so as to avoid passing the mandatory date.
