ITE product testing certification

Basic introduction

EMS performance criteria
Performance criterion A:
No operator intervention is required and the equipment should continue to work as expected. When the equipment is used as intended, no degradation or loss of function below the performance level specified by the manufacturer is allowed. Performance levels can be replaced with allowable performance degradation. If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum performance level and allowable performance degradation, it can be known from the product description or technical file, and the user has reason to require the equipment used to meet this requirement.
Performance criterion B:
After the test has started, no operator intervention is required and the equipment should continue to function as intended. When the equipment is used as intended, no performance degradation or loss of function below the manufacturer's specifications after the disturbance is imposed. The performance level can be replaced with an allowable performance reduction. During the test, performance degradation is allowed. However, after the test, the working status should not change and the stored data should not be lost. If the manufacturer does not specify a minimum performance level and allowable performance degradation, it can be known from the product description or technical file, and the user has reason to require the equipment used to meet this requirement.

A loss of functionality is allowed that can be restored by itself or can be restored by the user following the manufacturer's instructions.
