Basic introduction
In order to promote energy conservation and environmental protection, with the approval of the State Council, a consumption tax has been levied on coatings with a Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) content greater than 420g / L under construction from February 1, 2015.
Coating refers to a general term for a class of liquid or solid materials that can be applied to the surface of an object to form a solid coating film with protection, decoration, or special properties.
The Chinese coatings industry defines VOCs as "any organic compound with an initial boiling point below 250 ° C at a standard pressure of 101.3kPa.

Test product range
The paint is composed of a main film-forming substance, a secondary film-forming substance, and the like.
Coatings based on main film-forming substances: greases, natural resins, phenolic resins, asphalts, alkyd resins, amino resins, nitros, filtered vinyl resins, olefin resins, acrylate resins, Polyester resins (water-based coatings), epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, elemental organics, rubbers, celluloses, and other film-forming materials. (Including solvent-borne and water-based coatings.)
Testing of auxiliary film-forming materials in individual resins, curing agents, thinners, and coatings is not required.
